   • Product sourcing & supply

   • Account handling & listing services

   • Shopify website development

2. These terms apply to all users, customers, and partners.

2️⃣ Digital Products (Guides / Ebooks / Courses)

1. All digital products are delivered online. No physical copy will be shipped.

2. After successful payment, download access will be provided.

3. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the content.

4. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, or reproduce any part of the content.

5. The content is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee earnings, profits, or results.

3️⃣ Physical Products (If applicable)

1. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual product may slightly vary.

2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics.

3. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

4. Any damage or wrong product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4️⃣ Services (Ads, Listings, Account Handling, Shopify, etc.)

1. Services include:

   • Meta/Facebook Ads setup & management

   • Seller account setup/handling

   • Product listing on marketplaces

   • Shopify website building

   • Other digital marketing or e-commerce services

2. Service scope, pricing, and timelines will be communicated before starting.

3. We do not guarantee sales, profit, or specific performance results.

4. Results depend on many external factors beyond our control (market, product, budget, competition).

5. The client is responsible for providing accurate information, access, and approvals.

6. Any delays due to client-side issues will not be our responsibility.

5️⃣ Dropshipping / Partnership Programs

1. We may offer dropshipping or partnership opportunities where we assist with products, guidance, or systems.

2. The partner is responsible for:

   • Order processing

   • Customer communication

   • Platform compliance

3. Profit, losses, RTO, returns, and operational risks are part of the business and borne by the partner unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. We do not guarantee income, orders, or success.

5. Any misuse of our systems, suppliers, or content may lead to termination without refund.

6️⃣ Payments

1. All payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise.

2. Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store card/UPI details.

7️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content, designs, guides, templates, logos, and materials belong to EcomShivam and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

EcomShivam shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profit, data, or business

• Platform bans, account issues, or policy changes by third-party platforms

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product/service.

9️⃣ Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated

• Misuse or abuse is detected

• Fraudulent activity is suspected
